Role Description The Spruced Space is looking for a part-time Assistant Organizer to join our friendly, growing team. If you love creating order out of chaos and find satisfaction in helping others feel at peace in their homes or workspaces, this could be the perfect fit. In this role, you’ll work closely with our lead organizers and clients to implement thoughtful, customized organizing systems tailored to each space and lifestyle. We're looking for someone who is dependable, approachable, and enjoys being hands-on in a collaborative environment. At The Spruced Space, we believe that an organized space can bring calm, clarity, and a sense of control to daily life — and we’re passionate about delivering that experience to every client we serve. Qualifications (Required) Reliable transportation and ability to travel within a 25-mile radius of Mount Prospect, IL Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with clients in a friendly, professional manner Flexible availability Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM Comfortable with physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing stairs, and using ladders or step stools Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and label-making tools High attention to detail and ability to follow established systems and processes Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and take direction Ability to adapt to various working environments and client personalities Strong time management and multitasking skills Passion for organization, simplicity, and helping others feel at ease in their space Preferred, but not required Previous experience in organizing, interior design, or a related field Familiarity with home organizing products and storage solutions A natural eye for aesthetics and space planning Experience working in client-facing roles such as customer service or hospitality #J-18808-Ljbffr The Spruced Space
