$20–$30/hr (Based on Experience)
Site Development / Underground Utilities

We are looking for an experienced Pipe Foreman to lead a skilled crew on active site development projects in the Orlando area. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing underground utility installation from start to finish, including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems through curb completion.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead and supervise pipe installation crews on active job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and site specifications
• Oversee installation of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drainage)
• Ensure all work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule
• Coordinate daily operations with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Train and support crew members in proper installation techniques and safety procedures
• Maintain productivity, quality control, and job site organization

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of pipe installation experience with crew leadership/supervision
• Strong knowledge of underground utility construction
• Ability to read construction drawings and perform layout work
• Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage crews
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Safety-first mindset with field experience in site development work
