For additional information, visit us at DescriptionRole PurposeMust-have: Proctor research experience, prior 6-month tenure working with Black or Ultra Products, Manager experience, Human Factors Research Background.Tasks performed: ͏Manage & Develop theProctorTeam — Lead, mentor, and train a team of VMS user studyproctors, ensuring all team members are fully prepared and aligned on current study protocolsUphold Data Integrity — Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of data collected across all study sessions, ensuring rigorous standards are metPlan & Execute Research — Design, implement, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user studies to evaluate the fit and comfort of wearable productsDevelop & Approve Protocols — Lead the development of new study protocols and facilitate the process of obtaining necessary approvalsCollect & Analyze Data — Oversee and perform data collection and conduct foundational analysis to surface meaningful patterns and insights from study resultsCommunicate Findings — Deliver clear, concise, and timely feedback and learnings to teams and key stakeholdersCollaborate Cross-Functionally — Partner closely with cross-functional team members to deploy, run, and summarize research studies effectively͏Mandatory Skills: Geographic Information Systems(Maps) .Experience: 8-10 Years .The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $130,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
